1. General Use

By using any service offered by Ravi's Photocopying, Stationery & Text Book Centre ("the Business"), you agree to these terms. The Business reserves the right to refuse service to any person. Services are available to all customers subject to the laws of Guyana.

2. Photocopying & Scanning

Customers are responsible for checking documents before submission. The Business is not liable for errors in the original.
The Business will not reproduce copyrighted materials, fraudulent documents, or content prohibited under Guyanese law.
Once a job is completed and approved, refunds will not be issued for content issues.
Rush jobs may incur an additional fee.
Scanned documents are deleted within 24 hours.

3. Laminating

No responsibility for damage to fragile or already-damaged documents prior to lamination.
Customers must inspect documents before lamination begins. The process is irreversible.
No liability for discolouration resulting from pre-existing document conditions.

4. Binding

Customers must ensure pages are in correct order before submission.
No responsibility for incorrect order once accepted by customer.
Bulk orders may require advance booking and deposit.

5. T-Shirt Printing

Supply high-resolution artwork. We are not responsible for poor quality from low-res files.
50% non-refundable deposit required for all orders.
Colours may vary slightly from screen previews.
Orders must be collected within 14 days. Uncollected orders will be forfeited.
No offensive, defamatory, or illegal content will be printed.

6. Passport & Visa Photos

Photos are produced to standard Guyanese and international specifications. Acceptance by government agencies cannot be guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their appearance meets requirements before the photo is taken.
Retakes due to customer error will incur a fee.

7. MMG & Bill Payment

The Business acts as agent for MMG and bill payment services. All transactions are subject to those providers' terms.
Customers must provide accurate account/reference numbers. No liability for payments made to incorrect accounts due to customer error.
Transaction fees apply and will be disclosed at point of service.
Retain your receipt. Disputes must be directed to the service provider.

8. Past Papers, Books & Stationery

Past papers are sold for educational purposes only and printed on demand.
All sales are final unless the item is defective.
Stock availability may vary.

9. Invitations, Tickets & Custom Print

A deposit is required for all custom orders.
Customers must approve a digital proof before printing. Once approved, refunds will not be issued.
Delivery dates are estimates only.

10. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Guyanese Dollars (GYD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Full payment in advance may be required for large or custom orders.

11. Liability

Liability is limited to the cost of the service.
No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
Items left on premises for more than 7 days are at the customer's risk.

12. Privacy

Customer information is used solely for service delivery. We do not sell or share personal data. Document content is treated as confidential. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana.
